Co-ocurrence of keywords
This site shows co-occurrence plots created using VOS viewer . There are three plots in total, each based on publications from a different SciLifeLab reporting group (i.e. affiliated researchers, infrastructure units and SciLifeLab fellows). In each plot, we have considered the KeyWords Plus associated with each paper. KeyWords Plus are keywords generated by Clarivate meant to help classify the subject areas of papers based on the titles of cited articles. The size of the circles associated with a given word/phrase indicates the frequency of occurrence, whilst the colour indiciates the mean normalised citation score (MNCS), to indicate impact. We have considered papers within the period 2017-2020.
